This afternoon I....

... cooked a double batch of cream filled pofita rolls with thick chocolate sauce AND a big custard tart - complete with home-made pastry.

Both were just for dessert at dinner tonight. I'm SOOO full right now!

... Can you tell my diet starts again tomorrow?

:)

xo Tammy

PS. Could seriously use some words of encouragement and some serious kicking-me-into-gear comments, by the way :) The first 15kgs have been off for about 2-3 months now, and they've made SUCH a fantastic difference to almost every aspect of my life, so I KNOW it's worth it.... but I've been really enjoying just sitting here on my laurels and eating anything I want to, and sleeping in in the mornings instead of exercising (winter is so cold and dark). So attacking the next 15 now is going to be a bit of a challenge....

Give me a t, T! give me an a, A! give me an m, M!......

I know how you feel! I lost 10 pounds from Nov-Jan, and I know that I've got about 30 to go before I'm actually at my "ideal" body weight, and losing the first 10 really wasn't that bad, but I just can't seem to get it going...

I am, however, going to be a vegetarian during the month of July, so I'm hoping that helps.

You can do it Tammy! Maybe we should commit to doing it together...nothing like an exercise buddy a ridiculous amount of time zones away to keep you motivated!

You can do it!!! Woohoo!
Give us a wave, Tammy - Give us a wave!!!*Clap**Clap*
P! P-O! P-O-W-E-R We've got power, Woo! - Tammy Power, Woo!!!
The desserts last night were spectacular, but you would have gone without if you had a choice between eating them and going back 15 kilos or not eating them and keeping it off!! So just think of the next 15! Just get up and go!!! I know you're all about the outdoors (it was a shock revelation), and outdoorsy people always get up early and go, ESPECIALLY if it's cold and dark! Okay enough pep - just get up and do it, you're gonna look EVEN hotter!!! :) xoxoxox

DON'T STOP NOW!!!! Tammy you have done great to get rid of the first 15kgs, it really would be a shame to stop and gain them back! I (from personal experience) feel your pain with getting up so early when it is cold and dark, but seriously once you are up and moving it makes such a difference to your day....the desserts did sound great though and I think every now and again we need a break....BUT break time is over lady and you need to get back into your routine!!! How's that for a pep talk, you should probably start feeling a little guilty soon! Let me know if you want to get together one saturday morning for a workout! keep going it will be all worth it! xx

AGHHHHHH!!!!!! We miss ONE family dinner and you go and make THAT for dessert. Sob, Sob. You should know that we didn't have any dessert (I ate the rest of the ice cream the night before).

I have motivation for you - your bet with Jonny. You both need to motivate each other. Actually, throw me into the motivation bit too. I'm trying to get fit and its hard to do excercise every day, so I can totally sympathize with you.

You will feel so much better if you stick to your goals :)

Love ya!

How are you going to lose more weight when you make super tasty treats like that?!?!?

We should have a contest. Whoever loses the most weight in the next 160-some-odd-days doesn't gets a free pass on all poopy Parker diapers in Australia. ;) Meaning, the loser will be on diaper duty. And when are you going to set up that online thing? I need some incentive to lose weight, you know, besides the fact that I look like a whale.

Love you and I know you can do it! Must go--my child is pulling all of the dipaer wipes out of the container one-by-one.

E

I should really proof-read my comments before publishing. Ugh! :)

Take out the "doesn't" in one sentence and it will be great.

And now Parker is trying to put the wipes back in the container! Really, really must go!

IS this where I remind you about a certain 10km race at the GOld Coast next year???? It takes a lot of training, so maybe now is a good time to jump on that treadmill!! C'mon girl, get with the program!!!!

(Was that ok? ;-)

I'm proud of you Tammy. I am impressed you have the discipline to change your life and adopt healthier habits. I've been telling myself I can not have another child until I stregthen up and get fit. At this rate there will only ever be 3 kids lol! :) Keep it up friend.

Tamster I saw the other day that dad had bought those Zumba DVDs for mum and I'm reeaallllyy excited to give them a go!!! I like doing exercise when it's FUN (eg: runing all by myself is soo not fun, but playing a team sport or DANCING is soo much fun!!)
SO i think that you should join me in doing those Zumba things. T'wil be AWESOME!! :) :) xox

Wow 15kg, What an accomplishment. Ur an inspiration! I have some serious work to do after this baby. But hat off to you, yiu've done amazing. Some ppl try years to loose 15kg. So pat yourself on the back and when you are ready tackle the next goal. Sometimes when your running its easier to just say Okay Im going to ru just to the next pole and then you get there and think I can go to the next one and so on. Good luck! I'll be cheering for ya!

If I made the delicious desserts you made my diet would be starting tomorrow too....hahaha (story of my life - "tomorrow i'll eat better and start exercising again" :)

But 15KG - that is FANTASTIC!! You can do it. You know you can - I still remember back in our Morinda days and you were amazingly disciplined and I really admired how hard you worked and how GREAT you looked!!
