Here comes the Nike moment. Just do it. Choose any of those wonderful comments and post away!

You know we will all love whatever it is that you write because it's you. :)

Sorry, I meant to say, "choose any of those topics" and write away. Not comments. Oops! Surfing the web and watching t.v. for a solid four months has rotted my brain away!

First off, get rid of the idea that blog posts have to be substantial. I like random posts that have nothing to do with anything. Go for stream of consciousness.

I couldn't blog if it had to be substancial. The end.

Tammers--post away post away jiggity jog--I am just thrilled about your new blog!

I just woke up early so I can work on my monstrous screenplay--I had this bizarre dream that I went to see a performance of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at BYU--and they were trying to make it this cool rendition with rockstars and rappers. There was this row of really loud students behind me--and I turned aroun and told them to please speak in whispers if they insisted on talking--they wre all these athletic ballers, shairng photos with their iPohones that I thought were going to jump me, but I didn't care, I thought--this is the theatre--my stomping grounds so shut up or leave--and then I ended up leaving because the play was sooo bad--it ended up being a Q&A session proctored by Rodger Sorensen who stood out in the audience between musical numbers because they threw all the Shakespeare dialogue away.

The end.

Justin - that's great! I'm pretty sure your screenplay is going to be a teenie-bopper movie though.... the jocks, the theatre kids, the wacky teacher.... I'm thinking you should cast Rachel Leigh Cook, Fredie Prinze Jr and Ben Stein.... but since you've got a bit of a surreal thing going too, I'm thinking you should watch a bunch of Ingmar Bergman. Maybe work in some melting handless clocks, a few coffins, pouting blonde girls who wander into the story for a moment or two and then wander out again for ever...
That kind of thing :)

- Can't wait to read your screenplay! You still haven't sent me anything - send it through!

PS. Did you ever see BYU's punked out version of 'Mac the Knife'? I'm still not sure if I liked it or not!
